This place was recommended to us on our short visit to Hanford and it did not disappoint! Our waitress was super friendly and kind. Very informative and the food was SO GOOD! Double crispy hash browns, amazing! Will definitely return.
Love having breakfast here every now and again and the food is always good Our waitresses are always the Best and we never have to wait too long when it's busy. We got this cute cubby type table, very hidden away but still visible.
Visited Thursday June 3 2026 around 10:30 am after 8th grade graduation we were a party of 6 seated fast , but separate booths , the food was good and service as well thank you.
I got the French double play French toast with sausage and scrambled eggs. We also got a california omelette and hashbrowns with sour dough toast. Hashbrowns were very crunchy and nicely done. sour dough toast was delicious with a little butter. French toast was outstanding!! Our waitress was very quick and extremely attentive and kind.

AMAZING staff, seriously amazing staff, not a single problem, and they’re crazy funny! The food is filling, and prices are great especially for the amount of food you actually receive, and in this area that’s not easy to come by. I’ll most certainly be coming back here, and recommending this establishment to anyone looking for a great brunch spot in the area. Thank you for giving such a pleasurable experience, and please understand that I truly do appreciate the level of professionalism and respect you give your customers!
Love the food! This was my first time eating here. To be honest nothing can beat eggs, hash browns, and toast! That's what I had with corn beef hash! Server was wonderful, she had a butterfly tat! Worth the trip!
Enjoyed my first of many visits to Green Valley Cafe. I’m new in town for work and multiple people at work suggested eating here when I asked them what good in Hanford, GVC did not disappoint at all. From the great hospitality to the delicious food this restaurant checked all the boxes I was looking for and have earned a new customer for as long as I’m in town. I ordered a Western Omelette with Potatoes smothered in cheese, Biscuits and Gravy and a side of Bacon. I put some Gravy on my potatoes and they were HEAVENLY 🤤🤤🤤 so happy to have found Good Home Cooking..
It was my first time there, and the food and service was great! The atmosphere was qaint and calm. The servers were very friendly, took my order right away, the food came quickly, they checked on me frequently and my coffee was never low. I got the green valley special omlete they were gracious with my substitutions. The omlete, hashbrowns, and toast were delicious. My only critique is that two of my toast slices were a bit burnt but they were all buttered adequately and still yummy. The coffee was good enough to drink black but the creamer was also good. The meal cost around 20 dollars not including tips, which I think was a good price for the quality of the meal.
